Cash advance on what? Your temporary disability? Permanent disability?

You'll need to talk to your claims adjuster but chances are you can't. Worker's Comp disability payments are pretty regulated. You might be able to get some sort of advance on permanent disability but again, it's pretty regulated. You need to talk to the adjuster that is handling your claim.

Worker's Comp claims are not like a car accident where you settle the claim somewhere down the road and collect pain and suffering. They pay you what the state law says they are to pay you.

If you can prove you have a workers comp claim that is NOT being contested by the employer, you may be able to get one of the payday loan companies to give you a loan. Be aware however the the interest rate on such loans are huge, 80% plus is not uncommon. As is noted above the state will not advance payments and the process can take a long time. You could therefore wind up owing much more than the face value of the loan.
